1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital product sales (Notion templates) via kitcat.pro.

2. Right of Withdrawal
Generally, sales of digital products are final due to their instant nature. However, we offer a 14-day goodwill refund policy. If the product genuinely does not meet your expectations, please contact us. Refunds are granted at our discretion to ensure fair play and prevent abuse.

3. License Terms
All digital products are for personal use only. Redistribution, commercial use, or sharing is prohibited. Each product is licensed to a single user.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately. We accept PayPal and credit cards via Stripe. Prices are stated in EUR and may include VAT, depending on your location.

5. Delivery Policy
Digital products are delivered electronically, either through download link or email, immediately after payment.

6. Liability Disclaimer
We shall not be liable for any damages related to the use of our products, unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
